FAQ for Day Time Confinement Nanny Services
What are the differences between hiring a day time confinement nanny by myself or through CCS?
By engaging a day-time or part-time confinement nanny (CN) through CCS, we negate all the hassles that you will have to face by helping you to make all the necessary arrangements from the first stage of contact till the CN arrives at your doorstep. Furthermore, we ensure that a trained CN will be available for you, regardless of your delivery date. Most importantly, we have a group of dedicated crew who will provide you with the utmost support and assistance throughout your entire confinement period, with services like a replacement of CN if necessary.
Do I need to pay more for the confinement nanny provided by your company?
No. We do not impose any additional agency fees to our clients when they hire a CN through CCS.
When should I engage a day time confinement nanny from you?
Due to the rising demand for part-time CNs, we urge clients to book a CN from CCS as early as possible. It is strongly recommended to book at least 4 – 5 months prior to your estimated delivery date (EDD).
If you are booked five or more months in advance of your EDD, you will be entitled to a refund* of your deposit should a miscarriage occur with a doctor’s certification.
*Do note that administrative charges are still applicable.
Will you recommend an experienced CN?
Yes. All CNs that we engaged are experienced. Due to the high demand for specialised confinement services, these CNs have a constant flow of work. This enables them to hone their skills and gain invaluable experience and knowledge by working with different personalities, requirements and needs. This helps them to adapt and adjust quickly and easily to a variety of working environments, giving new employers peace of mind.
Moreover, we believe in the provision of quality CNs and services to receive your future recommendations and it is this same kind of support given by all our clients that enabled us to remain in the market till today.
