Aunty Yin Leng is a ‘God sent’ from heaven. She is the calm amidst the chaos that was happening around our home with the arrival of the new baby. Throughout the 28 days that she was here with us, confinement services were provided in the utmost professional manner. She is clean, a good cook, and was all about baby and mama’s well being as she went all out to take care of my son and I, but yet was also accommodating to some of my wishes and did not impose anything on me (e.g. taking showers and washing hair!).
I feel like she was part of the family soon as she appeared at our doorstep as she was quick to act in all sorts of situation and spoke to me with protective and caring tone. At the end of the services, I was quite sad to see her leave as we’ve become more than just services provider/ customer.
Confinement Care Services is also highly recommended as the customer service that has been provided to me was very professional.

| Testimonial: | My overall experience was pretty good from the start, which was when I contacted Cheryl to enquire for the service until the confinement nanny was sourced.
Cheryl was easily accessible and very responsive to my queries. We had an issue with the Nanny’s visa which stressed me a little bit as it affected my plans but Cheryl managed to find me a replacement nanny pretty quickly. This should become a lesson that visa needs to be applied for the soonest and not last minute. The replacement nanny, Yan Yan, did an excellent job of caring for my daughter and had a great ability to calm her, feed her, and generally make sure she was well looked after. In caring for me, she has a good knowledge of the traditional Chinese cooking and made sure that I had all the right herbs and medicines to enable a quick recovery. Yan Yan also happily cooked for my husband and took the initiative to cook extra to leave in the freezer to help out after she has left. She also helped out preparing for my daughter’s full moon party. Yan Yan was a great help around the house and was always pleasant to have as a guest. She is very organised, diligent, and reliable in her work. She is a good listener and only needs to be informed once and she remembers. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cheryl and Yan Yan to any other family considering a confinement service. |

I was searching for confinement food caterers and decided to try Confinement Care Services for 14 days. They were easy to communicate with and flexible with my additional requests. She could quickly adapt to changes in my menu plan due to unplanned circumstances – I delivered a week and half early and had an emergency c-sec. The dishes were in generous portions (which I could share with my hubby), tasted great (my son was eating the veggies and drinking the soup!) and not too oily. Food was delivered on time everyday in tiffin carrier and I have to admit, I was always looking forward to what she had cooked for me because of the variety. Pn. Ros has been a great confinement lady where she took care of my baby and me very well. It’s because she has experienced c-sect for all her kids. Thus, she knows what’s best for a c-sect mother too. Plus, she’s friendly and cooks delicious confinement food, Malay style.
